Lemon Balm Tincture

Lemon Balm is renowned for its healing, soothing and calming powers. It has been used as far back as the Middle Ages. Great for stress, promoting sleep, calming the nerves - in particular those involved with digestion. 

Lemon Balm as a tincture is made using the method of extraction of the herb in alcohol. It is very different from our delicious syrups and it is far more potent in this form.

I love to keep tinctures on hand always as part of my first aid kit as they are convenient to travel with, keep them in your handbag or hand luggage,  they have a long shelf life and do not need to be kept refrigerated. They are easy to take. Just place the dropper under your tongue and they absorb quickly into the bloodstream.
