Welcome to La Maison De Sirop. We are an Australian owned family business specialising in handcrafting Organic Elderberry Syrups. Our small batch Elderberry syrups are preservative free, contain no fillers & use only whole food ingredients. Each & every bottle is handcrafted right here in Yatala, Queensland. 

We use certified organic ingredients, raw local honey direct from our neighbours & a pinch of love in every bottle. We are also passionate about sourcing all our ingredients, labelling & packaging from other small family owned businesses just like ours.

Elderberry – Nature’s Traditional Medicine Chest

For centuries, Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) has been cherished in traditional herbal practices & home remedies, earning its reputation as “Nature’s all-in-one medicine chest.” 

With its beautiful clusters of deep purple berries & delicate creamy-white blossoms, the elder plant has long been valued for its place in traditional wellness rituals. 

Generations have prepared elderberries into syrups, teas, cordials, jams & nourishing preserves, where they were traditionally used to support the body through seasonal colds and flu. Rich in naturally occurring plant compounds, elderberry continues to attract interest for its potential to support the body’s natural defences & healing processes. From the traditional use of its berries to the gentle infusions made from its flowers, elderberry carries a wonderful legacy of plant wisdom, connecting us with nature’s gifts & the time-honoured traditions of nurturing everyday wellbeing.

La Maison De Sirop beautifully translates to "The Home of Syrup". Inspired by my husbands European heritage and a deep love for helping others, my journey into the world of Elderberry began unexpectedly...... & I haven't looked back since.

Our small batch Elderberry Syrups and herbal remedies are created and single handedly crafted with purpose & intention. Each born out of passion, intuition & the power of plants.
