Elderberry Tincture

Elderberry is an age old herb which has been used for centuries for supporting and strengthening the body's immune system.

Not only does Elderberry shine as a preventative but she is also used to help fight off cold and flu viruses. She is one of natures strongest anti-viral herbs and is a favourite amongst both children and adults.

Elderberry Tincture is a made using the method of extraction of the herb in alcohol. It is very different from our delicious syrup and it is elderberry in a more potent form.

I love to keep tinctures on hand always as part of my first aid kit as they are convenient to travel with, keep them in your handbag or hand luggage,  they have a long shelf life and do not need to be kept refrigerated.
