Our Elderberry & Rosehip Oxymel blends fresh elderberries with tangy rosehips in a base of apple cider vinegar and local raw honey. The vinegar acts as a natural extractor of flavour, colour, and nutrients from the plants, while the honey and vinegar together help preserve the mixture. The raw honey adds a naturally sweet, rich flavour.
