Elderflower - This fragrant & delicate herb has been enjoyed in European herbal traditions for centuries. Known for its subtle floral aroma & light taste, it’s a charming addition to teas. Like its berry, Elderflower has always been used for its health benefits. While both have similar affinities for boosting the immune system & fighting off viral infections, elderflowers have some additional unique uses. Naturally rich in plant compounds & antioxidants. Blooms may be used to treat sinus infections, conjunctivitis & soothe red itchy eyes. Elderflower is known to be a natural antihistamine & may ease symptoms of seasonal allergies.

Lemon Balm – Traditionally valued for centuries in European herbalism, Lemon Balm is a favourite for many. Bright & lemony with a subtle mint note, lemon balm offers a calming & refreshing aroma. Lemon balm may have a calming effect on the nervous & digestive system, helping to ease feelings of stress, tension & restlessness & ease digestive discomfort, gas & bloating. It may help with sleep & some research suggests it can positively impact memory, concentration, & cognitive performance. It has strong antiviral properties that may help with the Herpes family of viruses. 

Moringa – Moringa is a multifunctional herb. It is a highly nutritious food, rich in antioxidants, vitamins & minerals (like Vit C & A, iron, potassium & calcium).
